Each Forum Community is design from the ground up as a Student's Home; it is truly Your Place. Our designs are based upon direct input from students and not some crusty old architect living your parent's lifestyle. We heard students tell us they preferred walk in closets and real laundry rooms instead of small closets and laundry closet tucked into a hallway. We know many students like the companionship of their pet while at school and many other students suffer from allergies so to be a pet friendly community. In order to accommodate both of these preferences we install all faux wood floors through out the home. We know school is your first priority and cleaning your home is secondary, so we select materials that are easy to maintain and clean such as the fiberglass tub surrounds eliminating the backbreaking job of cleaning tile. We also know today, technology is key to your success and we always embrace the latest possible technology when constructing Your Place at a Forum Community.

A Forum Community is truly designed around Your Style. When we set out to design our first Forum Student Community the style and theme of that property became a challenge. We quickly realized our residents were diversified with very different backgrounds and many would be living far from home for the first time. We wanted our communities to be comfortable and familiar to everyone living there, so we determined the only common denominator of our all residents is the school colors and the local history of the campus. All Forum Properties embrace this philosophy using the school colors as accent colors through out the property making each Forum Property Your Style.

It's Your Life and at a Forum Community each day you have a choice of how to Live It. Our Clubhouse and Amenities are designed for the student, socialite and athlete alike. If you need a quiet area to gather for a study session our Student Center is just the place. It is always situated in a quiet location and has the latest technology available based upon both MAC and PC Platforms. If you are in the mood for socializing you can gather with friends in our Internet Cafe's complete with our complementary Starbucks Machine or in our game room. If media entertainment is what you want you can watch a movie or the big game in our media center or just enjoy the Wii or Playstation. Tough class today, work off that frustrating class in our state of art fitness center complete with free weights or just relax and get a tan in one of our complementary tanning booths.

There is no such thing as a pool at a Forum Community; it is an Aquatic Recreation Center. Our pool and hot tub is surrounded by lots of lounge chars for socializing and the pool itself is a masterful resort style design with a beach style entry on one end, large swim outs in the center for gathering or socializing and a lap area which also doubles as a water volley ball court on the other end. Also for your athletic interests we offer sand volley ball and basketball.
